Ciaran is currently a Strength & Conditioning MSc student, following completing his undergraduate also in Strength & Conditioning. He currently works coaching across Gloucestershire. Ciaran has a wealth of experience, including playing Rugby 7s for Ireland, and has recently been appointed as a coach for the Hammerheads Women (2024).

Liam is currently a PE teacher, following completing his undergraduate in Sports & Exercise Science. Liam teaches as a specialist in Rugby and Athletics, whilst also delivering coaching across Suffolk. Liam is currently the head coach at Bury St Edmunds Women and has recently coached the Suffolk Senior Women's team to a clean sweep in the tri-counties championship (23/24).
